RETURN POLICY

General:

  • No Returns for Buyer's Remorse: We do not accept returns for items that  our customers simply dislike or change their mind about. 
  • No Size/Color Exchanges: We do not offer size or color exchanges as our products exclusively for you upon order. 
  • 28-Day Claim Window: Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 28 days of product delivery. 
  • 28-Day Lost Package Claim Window: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 28 days of the estimated delivery date. 
  • Paige’s Products Covers Errors: We cover through our third-party affiliation the cost of replacement or refund for errors like misprinted, damaged, or defective items. 
  • Return Address: The default return address is that of our print-on-demand facility. 
  • Unclaimed Returns: Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 4 weeks. 

What to Do if You Receive a Damaged or Mislabeled Item:

  • Contact Us: Please provide a detailed description and clear photos of the issue.
  • Our Supplier Will Review: Our Supplier will review the claim and send a free replacement as they deem warranted.

What to Do if a Package is Lost in Transit:

  • Check Tracking: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us.
  • Submit a Claim: If confirmed lost, we will work with our supplier to cover the cost of a replacement.
